This phase is so difficult that it feels like a whirlpool. Life has taken an extremely harsh turn, and aaj Ghar ki bahut yaad aa rhe ha. Your children left home to pursue their careers and take life head-on. We also knew that we had our parent’s back and we didn’t even realize when did vacation mean coming back to Our Home and being under your comfort and pampering. Today, home is different because home is You and Dad, the home was built together and now it’s not the same.
My Matta, my bestie and my soul sister- You have my soul. I am here today, alive only because of you and Dad, you very well know it. I need my matta time, calling you every few hours and just talking about how the day went, how I feel, and seeking advice from you. In all this, we missed YOU!
One phone call changed our lives, I frankly thought I won’t make it through that day but I did, again it was you. I am what I am and will always be because of you. You taught me to be calm and poised yet fearless. I still remember you telling me “ Abhi we are there, Beta. Just don’t worry and keep rising in life”.
