No! You are not my punching bag, I am not saying it aloud but only you can SAVE ME!

Easy-going people, difficult people, and then there are people battling trauma, and anxiety and fighting a war against themselves. Trust me, it will be challenging to live and survive around these people as they are vulnerable, they need loads of care and patience but at the same time, they are unpredictable, hence, saying this is easy but these people are the best when left to themselves as its difficult to take care of them and love them wholeheartedly.

Lucky are those, who have the courage and power to be with someone battling anxiety and trauma. Blessed are those, for they have their back and their love in one.

No! You are not my punching bag, I am not saying it aloud but I need help and patience, only from YOU!

We do not need expensive gifts, we just need your undivided attention, love, and a bit more patient hearing, We need you, the whole of you.

Yes, it is tough for the one on the receiving end, Yes, it will suck the patience out of you, and yes, it’s true, leaving is easier THAN STAYING!

The cherished echoes, those happy moments linger along, how did everything change so much? Hang on to those memories and love, things go bad but with love and lots of patience, you can save it too. Can you? Can we? 🙂

Love and patience serve as lifelines for persons dealing with trauma. In times of despair, they provide solace and strength, guiding the wounded to recovery. With each compassionate gesture and enduring presence, love shines as a sign of hope, illuminating the soul’s darkest places. Patience, a gentle hug, nourishes unseen scars and allows the scars to dissolve with time. They work together to create a haven where grief can be healed and shattered fragments of the heart are lovingly rebuilt, and sewed together with threads of undying affection.

“ I wasn’t like this, I promise, I had no control then and I have no control now. This is not intentional and even I am as helpless as you are. We keep passing the baton, evolving each day, NO, it’s not an upward curve. Lows will come, horribly low phases but if we keep going and stay strong- We will see the brighter side, ONLY IF WE SAIL THROUGH TOGETHER”-RVA
