Behind the confident, chirpy, and ever-helpful healed person lies a soul still yearning for the lost love and relationship. Life often feels like a survival game, where coping becomes essential just to keep going. Alongside this survival come expectations, hopes, responsibilities, and so much more… oh, and let’s not forget the never-ending societal pressure.

While juggling all these challenges, the most common perception is that the person has moved on. But what if they’re still holding on?

Holding on doesn’t mean sulking all day. While there are inevitable lows, holding on brings immense strength to rise again. It’s not merely a survival trick but often the only way to live and keep afloat. Holding on becomes our strength—an inseparable part of our soul.

Even in loss, there is something beautiful about not losing hope. It is in holding onto the cherished echoes of the past—the memories, the lessons, the love—that we find our resilience. These echoes remind us of what we have endured and how far we have come. They become our silent strength, whispering courage into our hearts and helping us transform pain into purpose, grief into growth, and survival into meaningful living.

“The world moves on, and so do humans—or so it seems. Ever try having a deep conversation with someone? You’ll realize how flawed that statement is. Some hold on, and that becomes their source of strength, purpose, and even happiness. Holding on forever, yet moving ahead with it.” – RVA

Out of all the emotions that a human can feel and endure, the most unpleasant one is FEAR. There is no set definition of fear, it engulfs you, breaks you down, gives you those chills down your spine, and sometimes can just make you numb. There are some ‘Fears’ which we know will come true one day or the other but we hope that it doesn’t, or takes a lot of time.

What happens when FEAR BECOMES REALITY? A lot of us have very good instincts and we actually can see something happening before it happens and that feeling is worse than FEAR. Anticipation of your fear becoming a reality. It makes us restless, weak, and helpless all at the same time.

Those who say- I don’t fear anything have never lost someone special or never lost their self. It is an inevitable feeling which resides in each one of us. Yes, we might not fear darkness or ghosts but what about the looming spirits around us or within us?

When our fears come true, it can be a transforming event that changes our perspective on the world and ourselves. The initial shock can be overpowering as we witness the worst-case scenarios we had feared. In these moments, we are forced to face the depths of our weaknesses and the unpleasant realities we had hoped to avoid. The immediate aftermath is rarely a story of victory; rather, it is characterized by struggle, disorientation, and a terrible sense of loss. We are coping with the new reality, feeling weaker and more vulnerable than ever before.

Living through these challenges does not make us stronger in the traditional sense, but it does make us more aware and transformed. The experience permanently impacts our psychology, changing our ideas and priorities. We learn to negotiate the complexities of our emotions while acknowledging the transient nature of control and assurance. This increased awareness can result in more empathy for others and a deeper understanding of life’s frailty. While we may not emerge as warriors, we will have a deeper, if more somber, awareness of the human spirit’s tenacity and the significant impact of our fears on our evolution.

“After living through my fears, which I surely didn’t deserve, I am still not ready to embrace reality nor do I have the courage to face the dark days ahead. No, not all life-altering moments make you strong; they surely break you into pieces. Then, the ones who once upon a time loved you come back and say, ‘You have changed.’ While that is true if that change is not respected with empathy, then you are better off on your own.” – RVA

20th May, 2023…. The start of my Firsts which led to my CHERISHED LASTS….

Many a time, we humans think we have it all in our control. We are making future plans, having those big dreams, and loving our lives to bits. Well, planning is very normal but we humans have no idea when a moment might come which will turn our lives upside down, which will change the person we are.

From living a very content life where everything was going as per plan with little to minor hiccups to living the DARKEST DAY of my life, nothing is the same, nothing will be the same.

I RELIVE 20th May 2023 every day, actually no, I RELIVE my golden period of being happy for the very last time- CIRCA- 20th May-27th MAY, 2023, As without any knowledge I was living it all and destiny had started counting the days backward.

The first of the last HUG, the first of the last unconditional care and undivided attention, It was my first of my forever last..

I realized the value of memories and love when I lost it all and couldn’t do anything, the most HELPLESS Feeling ever… Cherishing those days, reliving them again and again with the hope that it will all happen again, but with full awareness of the reality- That my happy days were done with and my present is my now my CHERISHED ECHOES <3

“I have come to terms with my reality but it feels like everyone around me hasn’t. They say they love me and they even say that I am stupid to be so emotional. They say they care for me and even say they couldn’t be with me at my lowest because they are practical. They say take your time and then judge me for not moving on. They say everything and I listen. They say it all and SHE did everything in reality without saying anything at all”- RVA.

To our backbone, our fairy Godmother, MOTHERS Happy Every day to you

How do you do it? How do you manage to do everything perfectly for the entire family? How do you manage to be happy in our happiness? How do you keep me alive even in spirits?

Come sickness, come happiness, you are there always, irrespective of anyone or any circumstances. From our favorite dish being your favorite to our lifestyle being yours, we think we, as a generation, can mold and adjust. Oh common, Mothers adjust and mold themselves like no one else. The child is happy, they are happy. The child is upset, they are upset. The child has failed, no, that cannot happen in their dictionary, and they will support us until we reach our goal and are WINNERS! Oh Yes, We win, it’s their victory!

Oh Mothers, where are YOU in all this? Tell us what you like, please? How did your day go? What do you desire? You know everything about your child, why can’t we see your illness? Why are we so blinded by everything that we don’t see that you ALSO NEED US AS MUCH AS WE NEED YOU?

Hey Children!!! Please go and check on your mothers before it’s too late. Ask them how they feel and are doing because once gone, it’s all darkness and only ifs and buts.

HAPPY EVERY DAY TO MY EPITOME OF GRACE <3 To now and forever. Salute to you and your upbringing, never stoop low, head held high, and take every failure as a new opportunity for success, Oh MY EVERYTHING, You are our WORLD, and we take your legacy ahead, each day as it comes

“I haven’t seen forever nor do I believe in one, I do know that You are my everything, for years to come. Surviving is okay, but with you beside me, living is a BLISS. I promise to meet you soon but until then, I promise to make you Proud each day and to be known as your CHILD, Is the biggest achievement and honor for me and a lifetime of love to you, forever and ever (if forever exist its YOU) ”- RVA

Hey, Almost Youngsters and Middle-aged youngsters! Wassup? You look tired, No, I mean not physical appearance but overall… So, Wassup broken souls?

Everyone out there is indeed fighting a battle, trying not to give up and go with the flow! Also, indeed, the grass is always greener on the other side, our problems and challenges are always greater than others. We live in a world where suppressing our thoughts seems better than sharing them, a generation where we all live PERFECT LIVES, ON SOCIAL MEDIA, FOR SURE! But, what happens when the camera goes off? The reality is too harsh ha? Better to fake it till we make it?

With the perfect smile and the most charming aura, I live on. I laugh at a joke the most and come across as the most cheerful BINDASS Person, well, I am a BROKEN SOUL! And in no way I can get it all together. It’s a clear MESS! Do you feel me?

We are there in the moment but not totally there at all, we are busy doing something but 50% of our thoughts are wandering somewhere else, ring a bell? Thinking so much that we are nicely tagged as overthinkers, tossing and rolling in bed to sleep, the simple joys of life are a pain now. Festivals and occasions don’t excite us anymore and we just smile on to live on.

DISTRACTION IS THE NEW ATTRACTION! The less we speak about this, the better for us. We have indeed lost hope in everything and we have realised that only we have OUR OWN BACK!:) Nothing hurts us anymore, no one can disappoint us as we are doing all this to ourselves and have no hope left from anyone.

Despite the darkness and difficulties, a ray of faith shines through the gaps. Within every broken soul, there is an incredible beauty, a resilience that transcends the odds. Each scar offers a survival story, demonstrating the fierce spirit within. True beauty comes in moments of vulnerability and grief since these experiences allow us to learn, grow, and eventually shine brighter than before. Even in the middle of chaos and uncertainty, every damaged soul possesses a quiet strength, a beacon of hope that guides them through the darkest of nights.

“ I am tired of calling out for help, I am done with isolation and darkness. I am my own HERO now and this broken soul of mine is my pain and medicine. It keeps my engine running and fuels my life with desire, passion, and a ray of HOPE. I am tired of calling for help, Thank you for nothing and I LOVE MYSELF”- RVA

From Seed to Sun: Nurturing Your Potential with Hope and Self-Belief….

We all carry a seed within us, yearning for the sun, for the chance to rise above the darkness and bloom. But doubt can be a heavyweight, burying us deep, whispering that our dreams are out of reach. Yet, even in the deepest corners, a tiny ember of hope remains.

Let self-belief be the flame that ignites this ember. Repeat mantras like “I am strong,” “I am worthy,” and “I will not be defeated.” These aren’t mere words; they’re battle cries, reminding you of the power that resides within. They are the sunlight that nourishes your potential, pushing you to break free from the shackles of self-doubt.

Hope is the rain that sustains you on this journey. It’s the unwavering belief that even when the storm rages, the sun will eventually peek through. It’s the understanding that challenges are not walls, but stepping stones. Cling to hope fuels your resilience, washes away negativity, and propels you forward with unwavering determination.

It is completely alright to feel overwhelmed at times. When it seems like nothing is going your way and everything is messed up, be it in your profession, relationships, or goals and passions you are pursuing. But always remember, we have the capability to go through it, and with unwavering hope, everything will eventually be sorted out with time. This is how life is – we strive ahead slowly, sometimes sure-footed, sometimes not.

Remember, the human spirit is a force to be reckoned with. It’s a seed with the potential to blossom into a magnificent tree, weathering the harshest storms and reaching for the very heavens. So, don’t let doubt dim your light. Fan the flames of self-belief, let hope be your guiding star, and watch yourself rise. Rise above limitations, rise above challenges, and rise into the person you were always meant to be. Bloom with confidence and embrace the limitless potential that lies within you.

“Doubt may linger, but within you lies the unwavering strength to rise. Bloom with courage and chase your dreams with hope as your guide.”

Do we really move on?

The cultural drive to coach us on how to conduct our lives is relentless in a society that moves at an ever-accelerating pace. When dealing with trauma, whether it is a heartbreaking breakup, the loss of a cherished loved one, or the sting of betrayal, we are frequently encouraged, “Give yourself time, time heals everything, and you will eventually move on.” But what happens if we don’t? What if we prefer to live with our sorrow, accepting it as a part of our path rather than trying to avoid it? These considerations push us to confront society’s rigorous norms for grieving and rehabilitation.

The common refrain of “time heals everything” is a soothing balm for many, offering the promise of respite from the anguish of traumatic events. However, it is crucial to recognize that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Society’s expectation that we must follow a predefined timeline for grieving often overlooks the individuality of our experiences.

Trauma has profound consequences in our lives. It leaves a permanent trace, a scar on our souls, from which we may never fully recover. It’s not about drowning in sadness, but about accepting the fact that suffering changes us. It takes a piece of us with it, and the concept of “moving on” may not be for everyone. For some, healing involves accepting their trauma into their identity and taking it with them as they navigate life’s turbulent waters.

The tremendous pressure to comply with society’s timeframe for grief causes us to mistrust ourselves and hide our pain. But why should we rush our recovery? Grief isn’t a straight line; it fluctuates and flows, and there’s no right or wrong way to go through it.

What if one individual takes years to mend while another finds consolation in months? Is our strength determined by our mourning timeline? Certainly not. Each person’s path through grief is unique. It is past time for society to acknowledge this truth.

Fear of societal judgment forces us to wear masks of strength, preventing us from receiving genuine healing. Let us challenge these standards and celebrate the diversity of human experiences. There is no shame in grieving for as long as necessary; healing is not a sprint.

Hope is found in our uniqueness. Our ability to endure and heal is defined by ourselves, not by others. Some traumas never heal completely, but they transform us into resilient, sensitive, and compassionate people.

It’s not about moving on; it’s about moving forward at our own pace, with our scars as a testament to strength. Society has its standards, but we aren’t bound by them. We’re free to embrace our unique journey through grief and find true healing in our individuality.

“Nothing stays forever, be it happiness or sadness. What is permanent is how we feel. People change, personalities change but deep down we all remember and carry on with it”- RVA
