Hey! You have been lost lately, hope you are doing ok!

Hey! I am so sorry for your loss, hope you are doing ok!

Hey! You look drained, hope you are doing ok!

Hey! JUST WANTED TO CHECK ON YOU, HOPE YOU ARE DOING OK!

Almost every day, someone or the other will ask about you, some in a concerning way and some in a not-so-concerning way. So, ARE YOU DOING OK?

We all are so busy completing our 10k steps and hustling that we don’t know if we are okay or not. I haven’t felt good lately, well more than 365 days to be precise. I am generally okay but I don’t have the energy to do anything beyond the bare minimum required and the biggest challenge for me is to step out and be myself. Am I okay? Well, maybe yes, or maybe no.

What is the definition of being OK? Somedays we are fine and some days we aren’t.

In today’s fast-paced world, the complexity of modern living frequently creates a paradox: everyone looks to be happy while secretly hurting. Social media portrays flawless lives, full of accomplishments and pleasant times. However, behind the surface, many are fighting unseen wars, managing the responsibilities of their profession, relationships, and personal goals. The pressure to project an image of everlasting happiness can be overpowering, leaving little room to acknowledge and address our difficulties. The reality is that even those who appear to have it all together are dealing with their issues, and it is critical to recognize that it is normal not to be okay.

Recognizing that we are not okay is the first step toward healing. We must meet our challenges head-on, just like soldiers do. It is critical to create a space for vulnerability, where we can express our actual feelings without fear of being judged. By doing so, we not only start our recovery path but also encourage others to do the same. Accepting our challenges as part of our growth process allows us to emerge stronger and more resilient, demonstrating that genuine strength is found not in hiding our conflicts, but in facing them boldly.

“Hey! I just wanted to check on you, Don’t forget how POWERFUL YOU ARE. Hey! You might not be ok now, but you are going strong.”

“I have become more silent of late, which doesn’t mean that I don’t care; it just means I observe more. I have a lot to fight for and a lot to speak about, but I know the responses, so I choose to be silent. Hey! I am not okay, and that’s OKAY! :)”-RVA

Hey, Almost Youngsters and Middle-aged youngsters! Wassup? You look tired, No, I mean not physical appearance but overall… So, Wassup broken souls?

Everyone out there is indeed fighting a battle, trying not to give up and go with the flow! Also, indeed, the grass is always greener on the other side, our problems and challenges are always greater than others. We live in a world where suppressing our thoughts seems better than sharing them, a generation where we all live PERFECT LIVES, ON SOCIAL MEDIA, FOR SURE! But, what happens when the camera goes off? The reality is too harsh ha? Better to fake it till we make it?

With the perfect smile and the most charming aura, I live on. I laugh at a joke the most and come across as the most cheerful BINDASS Person, well, I am a BROKEN SOUL! And in no way I can get it all together. It’s a clear MESS! Do you feel me?

We are there in the moment but not totally there at all, we are busy doing something but 50% of our thoughts are wandering somewhere else, ring a bell? Thinking so much that we are nicely tagged as overthinkers, tossing and rolling in bed to sleep, the simple joys of life are a pain now. Festivals and occasions don’t excite us anymore and we just smile on to live on.

DISTRACTION IS THE NEW ATTRACTION! The less we speak about this, the better for us. We have indeed lost hope in everything and we have realised that only we have OUR OWN BACK!:) Nothing hurts us anymore, no one can disappoint us as we are doing all this to ourselves and have no hope left from anyone.

Despite the darkness and difficulties, a ray of faith shines through the gaps. Within every broken soul, there is an incredible beauty, a resilience that transcends the odds. Each scar offers a survival story, demonstrating the fierce spirit within. True beauty comes in moments of vulnerability and grief since these experiences allow us to learn, grow, and eventually shine brighter than before. Even in the middle of chaos and uncertainty, every damaged soul possesses a quiet strength, a beacon of hope that guides them through the darkest of nights.

“ I am tired of calling out for help, I am done with isolation and darkness. I am my own HERO now and this broken soul of mine is my pain and medicine. It keeps my engine running and fuels my life with desire, passion, and a ray of HOPE. I am tired of calling for help, Thank you for nothing and I LOVE MYSELF”- RVA
